5. Client Responsibilities

To help maintain a respectful environment, we ask that all clients: • Treat staff and other clients with courtesy • Refrain from discriminatory or harassing language • Communicate needs, disabilities, or accommodations when possible • Follow posted safety protocols and clinic guidelines

Failure to uphold these expectations may result in refusal of service.
