Cancellation & No-Show Fee
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for:
- No-show appointments
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service
This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved specifically for your appointment.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made for:
- Illness
- Severe weather
- Family emergencies
- Other unavoidable circumstances
These situations are handled at the provider’s discretion.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate you and offer the appointment time to another client.
